Dan Wilson is a very experienced director with extensive credits on both TV and film drama, praised for his visual flair, strong communication, unflappable approach and trust, economy and ability with actors.  He was described by one BBC producer as ‘the most naturally talented director' they had ever worked with.

Since joining the industry more than twenty years ago Dan has worked his way up through the cutting rooms, as a film graduate from Bournemouth Filmschool and the BBC to now boast a CV with diverse credits ranging from ‘EastEnders’, ‘Coronation Street’ – where he worked with Norman Wisdom, Ian McKellen and Status Quo, 'Holby City' and 'Waterloo Road' to the very popular period dramas ‘Land Girls’ and ’32 Brinkburn Street’ to the individual gems of the ‘Preston Passion’ films and his first feature film ‘The Devil Went Down to Islington’.  He has brought to each project his own brand of motion and emotion, humour and dynamic story-telling that has seen him become a much sought-after director.
